How will my artwork be shipped?

Once you place your order, we will order your framing, which should take 1-2 weeks, and then your artwork will ship out within 3 business days of that. For artwork 60” or less, it will ship out via standard UPS ground. We offer complimentary shipping across the United States. For international shipping, please email us at orders@thehollycollective.com so we can provide you a quote for approval prior to placing your order.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Upon placing your order, we provide a one-day grace period of cancellation or changes, during which we will be working on packaging your artwork. If you decide to cancel or change your order, please notify us as soon as possible at orders@thehollycollective.com.

 

What happens if my artwork is damaged in transit?

Upon receiving your artwork, please thoroughly inspect it to make sure that both the frame and plaster is in good condition. If something occurred during the shipping process, please reach out to us at orders@thehollycollective.com within 48 hours of receiving your item so we can assist you.

 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns; however, please reach out to us at orders@thehollycollective.com first if any issues come up and so we can see how we can help you.

 

How is the artwork framed?

We frame all of our artwork in either wood or metal floater frames. Please email us at orders@thehollycollective if you have more questions in regards to framing.

 

How accurate are the colors shown?

Our images are as accurate as possible to best represent their true colors; however, different devices will calibrate color differently. You can request sample swatches to see the color, texture, and gloss level of each piece. Just email us at orders@thehollycollective.com.

 

Do you offer custom orders?

We’d love to work with you to finely craft a custom painting for your space. With unlimited options for size, color, texture, gloss level, and frame finish, we can make the perfect piece for your home. Reach out to us at orders@thehollycollective.com.

 

How should I care for my painting?

Our paintings are handcrafted from a gesso-plaster blend, with thoughtful attention to color, texture, and sheen. And then a water-based acrylic paint is applied in varying gloss levels. When handling your artwork, we recommend carrying the canvas by its frame, to avoid putting additional stress on the plaster. Due to its fragile nature, plaster is prone to some natural separating over time, adding to the authentic look of your piece. For cleaning your artwork, we recommend lightly dusting it every so often with a soft microfiber cloth, free of chemicals.
